Delivery, Results, Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Delivery
   • Dispatch of testing kits and supplements is same day if placed before 1pm.
   • Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched next working day (Mon-Fri)
   • Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (Tuesday in the case of bank holidays).
   • We will endeavour to work around public holidays to ensure deliveries are as timely as possible.
   • Kits and supplements are sent via Royal Mail.
   • Kits include prepaid return postage and packaging to return samples. The pre-paid postage should be used within 7 days of receiving your kits.

2. Results
   • We endeavour to return results to you within 3 working days of receipt of sample.
   • Results are sent in PDF format.
   • We will email results and send them via WhatsApp if you are a user.
   • Results are those of the blood sample provided to us by the animal’s owner and should be taken by a veterinary surgeon or vet nurse under the instruction of a veterinary surgeon.

3. Returns
   • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if it was faulty or unwanted.
   • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in it’s original packaging.
   • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
   • Please contact us prior to returning your item so that we can issue you a returns number. [email protected].

4. Refunds
   • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned.
   • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via the online payment method (and card) used for the original transaction.
   • You will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
   • Outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
